Josh Goldman
FounderA Hermosa Beach native, Josh has built his career in residential construction right here in the South Bay. Beginning in project management for remodels on the Palos Verdes Peninsula, he gained hands-on experience and a strong understanding of what it takes to bring a project from start to finish.
As the owner of David Claire, Josh brings that experience into every project while leading his team with a focus on quality craftsmanship, attention to detail, and doing things the right way. He takes pride in being closely involved throughout the process and making sure each project reflects the standard of work David Claire is known for.
Merrell Goldman
DesignerBorn and raised in Redondo Beach, Merrell brings a strong background in both design and hands-on construction to David Claire. After earning her BA in Design from California State University Long Beach and started her work in a South Bay design build firm as a junior.
Prior to her professional experience in residential design, she also gained physical construction building experience, working on renovations and remodels. Merrell’s understanding of the construction process allows her to have a hands-on approach, providing the collaboration necessary to ensure that every detail of a project is executed successfully without hiccups.
